GUITAR WALL MOUNT INSTRUCTIONS

(Flush Mounting)

1. This is a flush mount, mounting hanger design. Starting with the upper mounting screw, use this point of reference to set how high you would like the plaque on the wall. The 2nd mounting screw will be located 3 inches below the top screw. Before installing the second screw, use a level to insure that this location will provide a nice vertical platform so that your plaque will hang straight up and down.

2. Preferably, find a location on the wall where a wall stud can be utilized. The 15/8 length screws are used for this installation.

3. Leave the two screw heads sticking out from the wall about 1/4 inch from the wall to the top of the screw head. Once you test fit the plaque, you can remove it to fine tune the screw depth for the perfect flush mount.

4. Assemble the yoke cradle.

5. Place the four prong tee nut (with prong side facing guitar wall plaque) into hole on rear of guitar wall plaque.

6. Place black spacer on yoke cradle..

7. Screw yoke screw through guitar wall plaque into four prong tee nut. Turn the end of the yoke cradle clockwise until the plastic spacer meets the rubber spacer, and the yoke. From this point only rotate the yoke around to where the ends of the yoke point upwards. This assembly should “NOT” be screwed down tight. This design allows for your instrument to swing freely, in the event that it gets bumped, reducing risk of damage to your instrument.

8. If there is no wall stud found in your desired location, use the supplied drywall hangers. This will require you to drill two 1/4 inch diameter holes into the drywall at the same 3 inch spacing. Then using a #2 Phillips head screw driver, screw the 2 plastic drywall mollies into the drywall. Do not drive the mollie all the way through the drywall. Stop when the outer ring of drywall thread meets the drywall. Once the drywall hangers are in place you can install the 15/8 inch screw, and revert back to step 3 for setting the proper depth of the screws.
